What is the difference between good carbs and bad carbs? - carbs in mayonnaise

I eat very healthy, but I noticed something as simple as an apple can have a good amount of carbohydrates. What about yogurt and oatmeal? Necissarily carbohydrates are bad for you? Or just bread and starch to things that are bad? I'm confused!

Fibers and starches, complex carbohydrates, or better for you. Strengths are the ones who can control energy and fiber size of hunger and chair (not very nice, but the fiber) has a lot to do to help.

An apple is not very high in starch or fiber. is rich in sugar. Sugar or simple carbohydrates, but should be energy that we can be saved to this form of fat.
